Shipping Policy

Velora ships within the United Kingdom.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery

Standard delivery: 7 to 12 business days from dispatch.
Cost: £2.95, or free on orders over £50.
Duties and taxes: Nothing further to pay. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with nothing to pay on delivery.

Tracking

Tracking information can take 3 to 5 business days to begin updating after dispatch. This is normal and does not mean anything is wrong with your order. If tracking has not updated 7 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will chase it.

Delays outside our control

Severe weather and carrier backlogs can add time to a delivery. We will keep you updated and help resolve any delay, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date once a parcel is with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If your order has not yet been dispatched we can change the address, so contact us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 14 business days, contact us with your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
