These terms cover your use of the VELORA store and any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order you accept them.

This store is operated by VELORA, trading as VELORA. You can reach us at velorahomestoreinfo@gmail.com.

Placing an order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to say your order has shipped. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where it applies. We take payment when you order. If a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm or cancel.

Product descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can look different on different screens, and natural materials such as wood, stone and woven fibre vary from piece to piece. That variation is part of the material, not a fault.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other consumer protection law that applies to you.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy our images and written content for your own commercial use without permission.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We never exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
