DuoMat Double Sided Placemats

DuoMat is the workhorse of the Velora placemat range. Made from double thickness PU faux leather with a classic cowhide grain, it protects your table from heat, scratches and spills while looking considerably smarter than the plastic mats it replaces. It is the set you leave out on the table all week, rather than the one you save for visitors.

Being double sided doubles what you get. Each mat carries a different colour on each face, so one set covers a neutral everyday table and a darker, more formal setting without buying twice. The extra thickness gives it real substance in the hand, keeps it lying flat without curling at the corners, and adds a little cushioning under plates and glasses. Spills and crumbs wipe straight off with a damp cloth.

Choose dark coffee, green, black, light coffee, grey, blue or brown, in a set of four or six. The mats also work well under laptops on a desk, beneath plant pots or as a protective layer on a sideboard. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, allow to dry and store flat. Use a trivet under pans that come straight from the hob or oven.
